So last week I sent a check in to ProPay to pay for my account so that I can accept credit & debit cards on my Mary Kay website. Well nothing has happened yet. At all. So I'm thinking that tomorrow I will definitely call the company and talk about the check I sent in to pay for my account and as to why nothing has been official yet. And I guess my password isn't what I thought it was for that account so my ProPay account (for what I have started of it anyways) is locked so I now have to get it unlocked and reset my password. I'm getting very frustrated with this company so far!
Because of this, I can't really hold any online web parties at all until I have a ProPay account that is activated. Not that I want to give up too quickly or anything, but if I can't get my account settled by the end of the summer, I'm going to call it quits on this whole Mary Kay thing. Because whats the point of trying to run a Mary Kay business if I 1. Can't run a website because I'm having trouble with ProPay and 2. because I don't have enough money to buy $600 worth of products to have personally on hand. Nor do I have the space to hold those products either considering I'm a junior in college & I live in the upperclassmen dorms. These are still built like regular dorms but are a little nicer and they have a private bathroom.
So if this doesn't work out, I think I'm going to take a break on having my own business period and then I think that I might sell premier jewelry. But that is if I can't get this ProPay thing figured out like I said in the last paragraph. I guess we'll see how this goes then!
Did you ever figure out how to link Propay to your Mary Kay account and website? I am having the same problem.
ReplyDeleteYes I did! Got it all figured out! :)
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem. What did you do to fix it?
